Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the subwoofer in its original double-walled box with all protective foam inserts, manuals, and accessories to prevent transit damage.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of the package, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's condition at our warehouse, we will process your full refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
